Medical Affairs Operations Rep

Duration - 18 Months, Contract, W-2

Location - Onsite in Irvine, CA

Pay - $30.74/hr

Job Responsibilities:

* Expenses Reporting Submission/Auditing (25%): trained ready to assist with this once monthly tasks for US Proctor Program and Physician Training ad-hoc needs.

* Document Processing & AI Integration (20%): Uploads physician training/proctored sign-off documents into SharePoint, organizes files for AI-driven optical character recognition (OCR), and ensures the system processes data accurately.

* Data Verification & Quality Control (20%): Reviews AI-extracted information, verifies accuracy, and corrects discrepancies to maintain data integrity.

* Training Records Auditing (20%): Conducts audits of historical training records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established documentation standards.

* HCP Intelligence-BioCards Maintenance (10%): Supports maintaining HCP Bio Cards using LINK Key People MedTech subscription tool.

* Other various projects (5%): may include project management responsibilities and contributing to strategic initiatives within the Medical Affairs department.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Informatics

* 2+ years of experience in digital solutions, project management, or a similar role

* Strong administrative skills with Excel, expense reporting and supporting multiple projects

* Strict attention to details on HCP Expense reporting (SAP Concur - preferred)

* MS Project, AI, analytics or workflow automation experience

* Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools

* Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask

* Works on multiple projects as a project team member
